App Installation
The same App is used for the 4DKankan Minion, 4DKankan Mega and 4DKankan Meta. The installation links for the V1.3.10 app are provided below.
Firmware Requirement
To use the 4DKanKan Offline version, the firmware version of the devices must be the following version number or higher.
- 4D KanKan Minion: V1.1.10
- 4D KanKan Mega: V1.2.3
- 4D KanKan Meta: V1.0.12
Latest Firmware
Firmware Upgrade
Copy the firmware package to the dedicated USB drive.
Connect the camera using the app and plug in the USB drive.
Go to Me -> More Settings -> Update Firmware.
Upload Logs
Connect the camera using the app and plug in the USB drive.
Go to Me -> More Settings -> Upload Logs
Extract logs from the USB drive.
