# Scene Management

This page provides an overview of your local projects, you can view the project list and manage your projects from this page. By clicking Edit, you will be redirected to the Scene Edit in the Point Cloud Editor or Mesh Editor.


## 1. Scenes Calculation

a. You can view the projects sychronized from the device in the "Scene Management".  
b. The project that needs to be processed displays **"To be calculated"** on the project cover, click the ![](src/local/scene-management-1.png) icon and select Calculate to process it.  
c. You can select multiple projects for batch calculation. Calculation tasks will be queued for completion and you can view their progress in the system tray.  
d. The calculation process is divided into steps. If you pause the calculation, the unsaved steps will have to be recalculated when you resume the calculation.  

## 2. Scene Management

- Scene Lists: There are two types of scenes, Point Cloud Scene and Mesh Scene of 4DKanKan laser scanners. Select the corresponding page to view the scene in two different editors.  


- Calculate ![](src/local/scene-management-3.png): Select unprocessed scenes for calculation.  


- Delete ![](src/local/scene-management-4.png): Delete the selected scenes.


- Refresh ![](src/local/scene-management-5.png): Refresh the scene list.


- Search ![](src/local/scene-management-6.png): Search for the specific scene by "Scene Name" or "SN Code".


- Recalculate: By clicking the ![](src/local/scene-management-1.png) icon and selecting Recalculate, you can recalculate the processed scene.


- Edit: By clicking the ![](src/local/scene-management-1.png) icon and selecting Edit, you can edit the scene in Point Cloud Editor and Mesh Editor. 


- Produce the OBJ file: By clicking the ![](src/local/scene-management-1.png) icon and selecting Edit in the **Point Cloud Scene** list, you can generate a 3D model in .obj format of the point cloud project, the result will be displayed in the Mesh Scene list for further editing and downloading. **Note: only projects scanned in TLS/Stationary scanning mode can generate 3D models, SLAM mobile scanning does not currently support this feature.**


- Download: By clicking the ![](src/local/scene-management-1.png) icon and selecting Download, you can download the offline package of the Point Cloud Scene Viewer or the Mesh Scene Viewer. The offline package is used for **server deployment** or **sharing with other viewers**.
