# Installation and Licensing

This section provides instructions for installing the 4DKanKan App and 4DKanKan desktop programs, which include the 4DKanKan Software and a License Manager.

You must license the 4DKanKan Software and the 4DAGE self-developed algrithm in order to use the 4DKanKan Offline Version. 
- A single **license code** is provided with each Offline Version device at the time of purchase.   
- You will also need an **authorization code** to bind the device to the 4DKanKan Software before data processing. It must be generated according to your computer's unique machine code.   


The license key and authorization code can be activated either directly over the Internet or by manual activation for offline computers.
